EES login issues : r/army - Reddit
I've tried two different computers, four different operating systems, and both of the certificates on my CAC, but I'm not able to get into EES. I watched someone else log in before my very eyes today, so this has to be something individual (unless my timing's just awful).

Evaluation Entry System and e-Mail When entering my DODID in EES and it performs its little search, the old @mail.mil email is still popping up. Is there a system I need to update somewhere so the new @army.mil or @us.army.mil populates? Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.

Okay so S1 here so I’m not bullshitting you… whoever your rater and SR are May rate you as a 1LT P however, your Eval in EES as long as you are in that CPT Duty Position will be counted with his/her CPT population for eval purposes. OER Submitted without my signature. : r/army - Reddit
My Senior rater, (Old BC) submitted my OER now for the second time without giving me a chance to apply my signature. The first time I caught it in time and we were able to get it returned so that I could sign. It was submitted once again and subsequently returned for correction.

The reason for the 24% is because that roughly corresponds to the “ahead of peers” or “below the zone” promotion rate under the old centralized system for senior NCOs. When the new NCOER system was being rolled out, it was originally 49%.

That way when I get my class date I just do all that goes with it to leave here and finish to get my TS. Also thank you for the help in this. I love the new system because it lets me at least track signed and unsigned.

That used to be the system at one point, and if you think this system is frustrating, well, that system was even worse. Is there a better way to do it? Probably, and if you come up with it the Army is waiting. Until then, what we have actually works pretty well at what it's designed to do, which is filter the best for promotion and command.
